We design all our menus with large constant to select the best products by working hand in hand with local farmers and artisans.

One from the Heart

Recognizing the need to respect the environment, Johanne Leduc Traiteur has established a sustainable development approach focuses on three aspects: environmental, economic and social development.

Committed to protecting the planet, Johanne Leduc Traiteur monitors its energy consumption by educating its employees to everyday movements and eco responsible for the management of waste. When we replace our equipment, we focus on consistently low consumption equipment. We limit the consumption of packaging, plastic, paper and fuel, in favor of recyclable materials and renewable energy.

Similarly, we encourage the use of seasonal produce from organic farming and fair trade.

Finally, we work in partnership with NGOs, to redistribute surplus and avoid wasting food.
